The game
Three jobs. One career.
You start as a raw kid hitting the bags in a veteran coach's gym. You finish as a champion who owns the gym, the stable and the show.
Every day is yours to plan. Train, run the gym, deal with members and staff, then sleep and wake up stronger. Fast-forward skips to the next thing that needs you and stops for anything that needs a decision.
-
The fighter
Train, spar and box your own fights in real time. Arcade controls, real rules and three judges at ringside.
-
The gym owner
Build, equip and run a gym that never closes. Members pay the rent. Kit wears out. Staff want paying on Friday.
-
The promoter
Sign a stable, train them and work their corner on fight night. Your own shows follow in the first free update.
The road
From the streets to elite
About four years of a boxing life in 10 to 15 hours of play.
-
Hour one
The coach's gym
Learn the bag, the pads and the rope. Spar the regulars. Box your first amateur bouts at a sports hall club show.
-
The offer
£10,000 and a set of keys
The coach sees something in you and puts up the money for your own gym. That stake can come back to bite.
-
Your own gym
A railway arch
Second-hand kit, room for 40 members and rent due every month. Memberships barely cover it. Purses keep you going.
-
Turn pro
The debut
Four rounds on another promoter's show for £1,500. Build a record. Take the risky fight for the bigger purse.
-
The stable
Find the next one
Spar your members to see who has it. Sign the best on contracts with a purse split. Work their corner.
-
The belts
Area. English. British.
Three big nights. Win the last one in front of a packed hall. The credits roll and the save carries on.
Features
Train. Compete. Dominate.
-

Create your boxer
Shape a face, a build and a stance. Pick a style from boxer, puncher, swarmer or counter-puncher. Then make the most of what you were given.
-

Build your gym
Place every bag, ring and mirror yourself. Better kit trains faster and pulls in better members. Move to a bigger unit and take your layout with you.
-

Scout talent
Stats start hidden. Spar a fighter to see what they have. The more rounds you share, the clearer the picture.
-

Put on shows Free update
Book the venue, build the card and sell the tickets. Start in a 200-seat leisure centre. Finish in a stadium.
All art on this page is concept art. Screenshots arrive with the first playable build.
The fight
Real boxing first
Three-minute rounds. Ten-point must. Three judges. Knockdowns, standing counts, cuts and the doctor's stoppage.
Every punch costs stamina and a miss costs more. Body shots bank damage that slows a fighter down late on. Between rounds your corner works the cut, tops up the tank and gives one instruction.
A three-minute round plays out in about 90 real seconds. You can change that in the settings.
One fight. Three ways to see it.
-
Play it
Your own fights use arcade controls. Stats set the ceiling. Your hands decide the close ones.
-
Work the corner
Your stable fights play out in 3D while you watch from the corner. Between rounds you patch them up and send them back out with a plan.
-
Sim it
Skip any fight you like. You get the result and a round by round report.
Scouting
Spar them to find out
Every walk-in could be a champion or a waste of a contract. Their numbers stay hidden until you share a ring.
Each round you spar narrows the guess. Sign them early and cheap on a hunch. Spar longer and pay for the certainty. Try it on the three prospects here.
These fighters come from the concept art. Their numbers are made up for this page.

The gym
The gym never closes
Members come and go through the day and night. Every bag, ball and ring can be used by you or by them.
-
1
Railway arch
40 members
A bag, a mirror and a ring made of rope and hope. Rent is £900 a month plus bills.
-
2
Industrial unit
120 members
Room for a proper ring, classes and staff. Your old layout comes with you.
-
3
The old mill
250 members
A fight gym people travel to. Unlocks once you hold the English title.
Gains bank on rest
Training builds up pending gains. Sleep and rest days turn them into stat points, just as real training does. A day off is a reward.
Kit trains the body
The heavy bag builds power. The speed ball builds speed. Pads build technique. Skipping and roadwork build endurance. Play a short drill for a bonus or let the session run.
Staff take the load
Hire coaches, a cutman, a cleaner, a receptionist and security. Hand over whatever has become routine and get back to the ring.
Money runs tight
A bad run means an overdraft, a loan from the coach or selling kit at a loss. It sets you back months. It never ends the game.
Your brand
Your name on everything
Design a logo for your gym from layers. It goes on your trunks, the ring canvas, the corner pads and the sign over the door.
New symbols and colours unlock as your name grows. Have a go below. The designer in the game has more layers.
The town
A town in your corner
Your gym sits in a small British town seen from above, lit window by window after dark. Every business can be visited. Every business can sponsor you.
Fight offers, sponsor deals, messages, the bank and the rankings all arrive on your phone. Sponsors you treat well stay loyal as you grow.
- Southpaw SupplementsProtein, energy drinks and meal plans

- Haymaker HardwareNew kit and repairs

Questions
Ringside questions

A free demo is planned for Steam Next Fest in June 2027. The full game is planned for October 2027.
What will it run on?
PC first, on Steam. Controller support is planned.
What will it cost?
It will be a premium game with a free demo. The price is not set yet. Any extras after launch will be cosmetic, such as kit and arena packs. Nothing you can buy will change a stat.

Partly. You run a gym and a stable, but you also box your own fights with real-time controls. Your stats set how good you can be. Your hands decide the close fights.
Can I box as a woman?
Yes, from the women's boxing update after launch. It adds female divisions and a female career with its own kit and animation work.
Is it family friendly?
Yes. Hard fights and tough decisions, kept family friendly throughout.
Who is making it?
Mad Beans Games, the small studio behind Barrowfall and the BoxManager web game. Street2Elite Boxing is a working title.
